  • Masters in Entrepreneurship
  • Certificate in Adult Education
  • Certified Training Practitioner (pending)
  • Nearly 20 years’ experience, mainly in retail management but also in development and training of employees
  • Considerable experience designing, developing and delivering workshops and programs.
  • Certified Laughter Yoga Leader

Originally from Wales, where the daffodil happens to be the national flower, Helen now lives in Nova Scotia with her husband and two children.
